vitaminwater social club is excited to host a special yoga class on 7/15/2010 by janet stone and kerri kelly, two of san francisco's best know yoga instructors.
the class is a part of our lead up to Wanderlust which is a one-of-a-kind festival bringing together the world's best yoga teachers and favorite musicians, all in a setting of breathtaking natural beauty. Wanderlust 2010, which will take place July 29 – August 1 in Lake Tahoe, CA, will offer yoga classes taught by world-renowned teachers like Shiva Rea, Baron Baptiste, Seane Corn and others, with music performances from Moby, Bassnectar, Brazilian Girls, Pretty Lights and more.
so even if you can't make it up to lake tahoe for the wanderlust festival, your friends at vitaminwater want to still you give a taste of what it's all about without leaving the city.

JANET STONE BIO
As one of San Francisco's premiere yoga instructors, Janet Stone blends a wealth of knowledge and yoga experience to create a unique, vigorous-yet-sumptuous approach to Vinyasa yoga that effortlessly melds awareness with movement and breath. Her classes are often strong, sweaty and deeply nurturing, full of great music, humor and lots of heart. Based in San Francisco, she also teaches workshops and retreats all over the world, including Bali, Mexico, Malaysia, Cost Rica and beyond.
KERRI KELLY BIO
Kerri Kelly has been teaching yoga for six years and continues to explore many styles of yoga to ensure creativity and balance in her classes. Kerri’s classes are known to be challenging but playful, as she strives to help her students develop a strong body, a content mind, and a healthy spirit. She is an active ambassador for Off the Mat, Into the World and facilitates leadership programs about yoga and activism.
